I think of this as another way to create one that is VERY easy. I recommend using WinRAR as this is the only one I have tested this with. All you have to do is make the document (or whatever else it is) a WinRAR Archive. Now go in to it by double-clicking on the archive. Find the document (or whatever else it is) and where it shows, for example, .txt change this to .scs and DONE it is now an SCS file.
